Boiler Smart October 2019 Prize Draw Rules

 

• The competition will run from 08.00pm on Sunday 13^th October until 07.59pm on Friday 1^st November
• No Purchase Necessary to enter the draw
• There will be one prize offered by Katherine Robinson Beauty at the Hen House. The winner can choose one of the following treatments:

-LVL Lashes

-HD Brows

-OPI Nails – Manicure

-OPI Nails – Pedicure

• Prize/voucher valid for 6 months
• Advanced booking recommended
• Please note, some treatments may require patch testing at least 48 hours prior to appointment
• Prize/voucher cannot be exchanged for cash value
• Selling the prize is prohibited and will deem the prize void.
• The winner can gift the prize to someone else if they inform Katherine Robinson Beauty of this in advance.
• Treatment will need to be booked with Katherine Robinson directly – please see contact details at the bottom of the page
• Once a treatment of the winners choice has been booked any cancellation shall deem the voucher to be void

 

• Entrants must complete all the mandatory requirements which are:
  1)Like Boiler Smart FB page
  2)Like Katherine Robinson Beauty at the Hen House FB page
• In line with FB rules, there is no requirement to share or tag friends in the post.
• Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person.
• Shares do not count as an entry and as such can be done multiple times.
• Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified!
• The prize draw is open to residents of South Hams, Devon aged 18 or over, excluding employees & volunteers of the promoter, their families and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
• Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a random number generator.
• The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
• Winners will be informed within 7 days of the end date. Winners then have 14 days to respond to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days Boiler Smart will randomly choose a new winner.
• Prizes can only be sent to a valid address within South Hams, Devon. If the winners are unable to provide such address then they will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
• By entering the prize draw you are agreeing that Boiler Smart and the companies linked to this promotions can publish your name if you are chosen as a winner.
• Prizes will be sent directly to the winners by the company offering the prize. By entering the prize draw you are giving permission for Boiler Smart to pass your contact details to the company so they can arrange delivery.
• Prizes should be received within 28 days of the end date. If you have not received it within 28 days please email kirstie@beboilersmart.uk
• Boiler Smart is compliant with the data protection act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
• This prize draw is governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
