Boiler Smart ‘Leave a Review’ Prize Draw Rules
● The competition will run from 00.01am on Friday 18th October until 11.59pm on Thursday 30th April 2020
● The prize draw is open to all customers of Boiler Smart
● There will be one prize of £100 Love to Shop voucher’s
○ Prize/voucher cannot be exchanged for cash value
○ Selling the prize is prohibited
● Entrants must complete all the mandatory requirements which are:
Leave a review on Facebook and/or Google
● One entry per review. Maximum of 2 entries per household.
● Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified!
● The prize draw is open to customers of Boiler Smart aged 18 or over, excluding employees & volunteers of the promoter, their families and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
● Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a random number generator.
● The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
● Winners will be informed within 7 days of the end date. Winners then have 14 days to respond to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days Boiler Smart will randomly choose a new winner.
● Prizes can only be sent to a valid address within South Hams, Devon. If the winners are unable to provide such address then they will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
● By entering the prize draw you are agreeing that Boiler Smart and the companies linked to this promotions can publish your name if you are chosen as a winner.
● Prizes should be received within 28 days of the end date. If you have not received it within 28 days please email kirstie@beboilersmart.uk
● Boiler Smart is compliant with the data protection act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
● This prize draw is governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
